I don't generally like the dentist which is why I haven't been in a while. I decided to go just the other day and I have to say that Dr. Hold is so different than other dentists. He talks to his patients on their level and helps them understand what's going on. The staff of nurses, hygienists, and receptionists are awesome too. Everything is clear from the beginning and I love that everyone is friendly and approachable! Most dentists and doctors aren't like that.
First thing I noticed is the receptionist was real polite and explainotory. Facility was real clean. And Dr Chung was so patient and gentle. I’ve never had this care from a dentist before. I highly recommend them and will never want to go anywhere else!!
