Always so friendly and caring and gentle
My cleaning was great. Jody is really professional and very easy to talk to. Dr. Hold did an excellent exam and pointed out some areas of concern that we agreed to address. No pressure! The entire staff if excellent and you can really feel a strong sense of teamwork.
I always get anxious at dentist. This was a very comfortable experience from the time I stepped into the office - Greeted, Immediate update info, on time. Hope Mann introduced herself, just delightful, x-rays and best cleaning I can remember. Introduced to Dr. Chung for examine - extremely personable. This is my eighth year with BR Dentistry and I have never had a bad experience. Michelle, the hygienist, is awesome. Dr. Joe is one of the best. Met Dr. Chung for the first time yesterday and he is gentle, personable and, assuredly, highly proficient if he is with this practice. Dr. Hold has built a phenomenally successful practice over the past years. Immaculate, state-of-the-art, superb staff help, run with great efficiency; so, what's not to love?
Dr Hold and staff are always accommodating, my appt was not an emergency but they were able to schedule my visit within 24 hrs. Dr Hold spent a lot of time explaining my condition. Thanks!

Very polite, efficient and caring staff.
Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Chung was patient to listen to what I had going on and very careful in considering my treatment.
