I'm a physician and am thrilled to be Liz's patient! I came to her with a specific issue that I thought I had self diagnosed, but Liz found the real issue right away. Her assessment was spot on. She is also very professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. As a bonus, she does dry needling! Highly recommended.

I’ve personally worked with Liz. She has an incredible approach to helping address underlying issues and not just the superficial. If you want the very best personalized care, look no further.

Liz is a fantastic doc! She looked at my issues from the perspective of an athlete and a doctor. She addressed my symptoms with simple and effective solutions! Additionally she helped me tweak my kayaking outfitting which has helped eliminate my back pain immensely for long days on the water! Whether your an athlete or someone who has chronic pain, I can’t recommend Blue Ridge Biomechanics enough!

As a professional whitewater kayaker, I need my body working at 100% everyday. Sometimes, though, big whitewater is not so forgiving, and I have tweaked my shoulder a couple of times. Liz has been my go to in helping diagnose what is going on and teach me different exercises to get my strength back. Now she has me doing exercises to help prevent any more injuries in the future. Her expertise has helped get me back on the water quickly.
