Liz is so Pro! She has helped me through multiple injuries as well as some chronic pain by getting at the root of the problem. She gives me exercises that are doable, and don't require a home gym or hours of time to complete. If you are an active person or want to be but are plagued by pain, Blue Ridge Biomechanics has what you need!

I recently started having some sports related injuries which I tried managing on my own for a few months. I met Liz at a women’s mountain bike related event and after speaking with her, decided it was time to seek some help from a professional. Liz has provided invaluable information from the first appointment. She performed a thorough evaluation and informed me of what was causing my issues. She structured a plan to start me on the road to recovery and insured that I understood the exercises and the reasons for them. Liz is... read more

High expertise in evaluating the root of injury. Additionally, Liz is phenomenal at keeping patients accountable, which is necessary for gaining healing solutions to injuries that largely come from ritualized bad habits.

Working with Liz has been one of the best things I've done for myself. I started working with Liz after a frustrating series of reoccurring injuries. She helped me relearn healthy movement patterns and gave me the skills and information to confidently get strong, stay healthy, and stay focused on doing the things that I love. Most highly recommend.

When I first came to Liz for severe hip and lower back pain I was almost in tears. Through our first session we were able to release my hip pain and started a game plan for my lower back pain. As a sales rep that drives over three states; a competitive equestrian in the Jumper world; and a soccer player, I beat my body up on a regular basis. Liz developed a customized plan that fit my needs, and has been a game changer for my body as both a competitive athlete and a sales rep. Thank you!!!! Meg K.

Liz is thorough and attentive. She evaluated me with professionalism but kept an heir of lightheartedness that made the exercises fun. She helped alleviate several ailments that I had and I was so impressed with her knowledge and skill set that I have recommended her to all of my clients. Liz has made several trips to Cane Creek Farm to help with my students and even takes lessons to better understand the mechanics of being an equestrian. I appreciate Liz as a person and a professional and am confident in her abilities to pr... read more
