One of my favorite places. I'm addicted to the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers they sell here. And I always stop in to get the pre-marinaded chicken breasts and a bag of raw beef bones for my dog. It's his favorite place as well. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Love supporting our local businesses here in sparks.
Great butcher shop. Much better than the other Boys. Disappointed though that they no longer sell racks of freshly butchered pork spare ribs :( I don't mind paying $4.49/lb for fresh ribs but not for browning prepackaged ribs from God knows where. But great customer service, he sold me 2 racks from the back but advised me they don't sell them anymore.
Ever since finding this place... this is the only shop I will go to for my meats. Just did a nice bone in prime the other night. Perfect cut and great seasoning. The staff that helped me even suggested on the portion size of the cut. Spot on for the amount of people I had. Thanks Blue Ribbon!
This was my husband and I first visit. We were amazed at pricing. The Italian sausage was amazingly delicious. It was so fresh and seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be coming here for our meat.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great food, great selection of meats! My favorite place!
I made 2 meals for the whole family, 20+ people. An Indonesian dish called Babi Ketjap and an Egyptian dish called Shoarma. Both dishes call for huge amounts of small-cubed pork, 16 lbs! Blue Ribbon delivered! All went for seconds, some for thirds.... Thank you, guys!
Love the service. Love the meat. Would recommend it to anyone.
