Stopped by and purchased several packs of Spanish and Basque chorizo. The Spanish was nice and spicy. The Basque was mild and flavorful. I will definitely be coming back for more on my next visit to the area.
Finally got to go back. Got some Linguisa YUM! Just spicy enough without setting you on fire. Excited to try Basque Chorizo. Stocked up for now but I can't wait for next visit. The customer service is stellar. Every time I've gone in all the employees are terrific.
Great selection of meats and so many choices we did the bacon burgers and the cream cheese bacon wrapped peppers both turned out great and were the talk of the 4th party. Thank you and look forward to going back to your wonderful shop.
We bought a 17# prime rib and it was tender and delicious! Service was fantastic! Having a crown roast this Sunday... can't wait!

Just moved down the road from Blue Ribbon and made my 1st journey in today. Picked up a prime rib for Sunday dinner, and a nice top sirloin for today. The sirloin was OUTSTANDING and I cant wait to do the prime rib now!!!!!!!
My husband and I went in this evening and bought 2 chuck roasts for stew and pot roast as well as 2 chuck wagon steaks and Swedish potato sausage. We had the chuck wagon steaks for dinner -- split with our son and half for lunch tomorrow. Wow!! Were they ever good, and we will be back for more! Looking forward to trying more items from Blue Ribbon.
I have been going here for all my meats for the past 4 months an I don't plan on going anywhere else the meat boxes are amazing an so is the staff an they help me carry it to my car
