Sad service...Could barely hear our meek server. Had to keep asking her what she was saying. 30 minutes to get our food. And when it was delivered, half of it was cold and the food runner told my gf her biscuits would be right out... The server came up right after her and said 30 minutes on the biscuits... Needless to say... we left.
Best bunch in Atlanta. The shrimp and grits on Sunday are to die for. You gotta get a small blue ribbon salad when you have the shrimp and grits. Love all of the Benedict dishes. Regular, crab cake and tenderloin. Bloody Mary is a must have necessity.
I love Blue Ribbon Grill and I eat there every time I'm in the area. I love the grouper with sweet potato fries and coleslaw.
Love The Blue...have been eating here ( and enjoying it) since day one. While the menu has grown and changed over the years, it has always been a favorite. When I have family come in from out of town, they always want to go to The Blue Ribbon Grill.
My favorite for lunch is a french onion with just provolone not provolone and mozzarella - too chewy cheesy otherwise. I usually pair it with a small spinach salad with extra egg then I add something for takeout to make a a later dinner - crab cakes, grilled Reuben, Eggs Benedict or Prime Rib on weekends, Fried Grouper Sandwich or Fish and Chips, Bloody Mary's, Martinis. May be a new fav. Atmosphere is sporty and cozy. Bartender awesome. Delish food.
