We cannot say enough about Blue Pearl Cary, NC! We have seen three Dr’s now on different visits for different reasons & each one has been fantastic! Dr Miles & Dr Leigh are amazing! Everyone is genuine, friendly, concerned & efficient. The Dr’s explain their findings in such depth & detail giving us complete confidence our pet is getting the absolute best care. We have never felt rushed nor invisible. We highly recommend Blue Pearl, so much so, we drive from over 2 hrs away to see them & have zero regrets.

Internal medicine team suggested surgery instead of medical maintenance for AML cancer patient who is taking Chemo, against recommendation of Oncologist. No meeting scheduled with surgeon before surgery and never explained complications of surgery for cancer patient. We are really disappointed with internal medicine doctor recommendation of surgery. Our boy not recovered from high risky surgery, and because of delaying chemo therapy.

My dog contracted three life threatening bacteria after having a surgery here with internal medicine. The infection occurred within hours of discharge from the hospital which to me implies negligence and unsanitary practices in the OR. I had to spend yet more money to save his life at Blue Pearl Raleigh, which is far superior to the Cary location in terms of attention to detail and care for patients. Thank you to the amazing staff at BluePearl. I brought my dog Morty in and made the toughest decision of my life to proceed with emergency surgery to remove a mass along with his spleen. We felt confident he was in good hands and received regular updates on his condition. His assigned nurse loved corgi’s and I could tell the love that went into his recovery the following day from her.
