Unprofessional. I booked a chartered four months in advance for a bachelorette in Key West. I paid in full per their requirements. I did not anticipate a national pandemic in which we, being from states with travel restrictions, would not be able to travel to Florida without a 14 day quarantine. They were unresponsive via email and did not respond to voicemail. Finally via text they said that we were able to reschedule and we were not able to be refunded. Deplorable business practices during a pandemic! FRAUD ALERT - DO NOT USE THEM!! Buyer beware as I had a reservation in May 2020 and couldn’t even travel to Key West, FL for the trip. The owner is refusing any refund due to “sorry you didn’t meet the requirements of the cancellation policy”. Terrible business owners who don’t care about customer service.
