Blue Oak is a great property management company. I've had a couple of problems (not their fault) and they have been professional, responsible and reliable when responding to my concerns. Highly recommend.

I trust him and he does quality work every time I've needed something fixed at my apartment. The office staff is friendly and very thorough as well. Very happy having them as the property management for my apartment. �
