Really disappointed. Found what looked to be the perfect rental. Put down the deposit as requested. Completed the application after speaking with two employees. Only to be denied due to fine print. Requested a refund of fees since according to those fine lines, my application never should have been accepted and the executives refused the refund. Never will I ever again apply through this property management company nor would I ever recommend it. What a poor way to represent yourself to the community or to future tenants.
We love working with Pete. He is punctual, hard working, and takes the time to discuss his plans. Our home is looking great!
I am extremely disappointed with my overall renting experience with blue oak. I would not recommend this company. Ever since moving into this property I’ve had nothing but issues resulting in hot summer days with No A/C, extremely high PG&E bills due to leaking water heater and faulty breaker box, the list continues It’s almost a joke at this point. As a renter, every time I have contact them with a need for repair or a concern, they are quick and attentive. I absolutely love the property meld feature that allows me to submit repair request and schedule online! Every interaction has been friendly and courteous. Repairs are done in a timely manner and with great care.
Blue Oak is amazing with communication. They get maintenance requests completed within a short period of time!! Shows they really care about their tenants. Pete came in today to fix our A/C. After 30 minutes, he was all done and the A/C is now blowing ice cold air!! Thank you Pete!!
As a service provider for property management companies in the Chico area, Blue Oak Properties are awesome . This is such a great company, fair, reliable and there staff is wonderful to work with.
