Everything was fine until it was time to bring my ring in for repairs (less than a year after it was bought)… the woman in store quoted me 2-4 weeks, and it’s been 3 months, and I still don’t have my ring back. Recently they finally gave me a shipping date for the ring to be sent back to the store and now it is past that date because they don’t even have the needed parts yet, so the repair hasn’t even been started….. Went into Blue Nile because we got our engagement ring with James Allen. So the fact that we were able to go into a showroom for the band was awesome. We met Juan and he helped pick the perfect wedding band for my fianc�. His professionalism was unmatched to the point that I came back and bought some diamond earrings with him. I think I found my Jeweler, nothing but 5 stars for Blue Nile and Juan a true asset to the company
