Deep Blue Nails and Spa was rude and unwelcoming. My partner and I waited over 45 minutes with no communication, no apology—nothing. Then some guy walks in after us, and they seat him right away for a pedicure like we weren’t even there. It honestly felt like discrimination. Whether it was racism, homophobia, or both, the way we were treated was disgusting. I will never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect.
Made an apt and got right in for gel mani and reg pedi. She took her time and they look great! Also got in with HH prices. Not the most comfortable chairs but that’s my only small complaint. Hoping they last!
They have a great atmosphere. Modern music on a video screen showing scenes of lovely tropical islands and European resorts. My stylist, Tram, is so professional! She's pleasant and knows her stuff! My nails never looked better.
I’ve been getting my dip manicures and pedicures here for years with Tram. She always does a perfect job and the manicures consistently last a month without chipping. Her attention to detail with shaping is also so good.
