Nah,nope,lady says they have no appointments call back tomorrow and at 2pm already have zero appointments again well then why would you have a person call back to make an appointment the next day if you won't take the person, it's just not good business patient did not refuse patient was told they had available appointments for today. Patient definitely wouldn't refuse especially when going through withdrawal, makes no sense,exact words, "go back to your former doctor instead"
