There was a leakage from the same tube that was replaced, they refused to honor the 90 days warranty so I filed a complain against them with Virginia Department of professional and occupational regulation (DPOR) and another complain with Better Business Bureau (BBB). I contacted the attorney general regarding the price gouging as they charged $617 to replace a small tube in the water heater in 5 minutes and they did not even tied it correctly so we had a leakage.
