No it was the most horrible experience I ever had with a company. I left yah a message needing my elements changed in my water heater. Lady called and said she got my message but right now they dont have any plumbers available and it probably wouldn't be till next week. I can put you on the books for Monday and if you find someone else to give us a call. I said ok. Then got a call Thursday say they had someone that come within the hr. I said perfect. We had this company install a new HVAC system and every summer it leaks and freezes the system. We’ve had them come out to assess the system for leaks and problems multiple times and they claim that there is nothing wrong with it. They can’t find a source of the leak, but it constantly leaks. They refuse to back their work and keep billing us for repairs and filling up the system again. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! It’s been a huge waste of money for us and a constant frustration!

Last fall when we had our furnace serviced the technician told us we needed the heating kit replaced because it could catch on fire. Since we were trusting him we agreed to have him replace it. We were charged over $500 for the part and labor. We kept the old part and later found out the part was not bad and would not have caused a fire. We did not learn this until after we had paid for the service contract for this year. Yesterday a technician came to service our unit once again. I work with a lot of contractors, as I sell Real Estate, and I have to say I was very impressed with the service that was provided to us recently. We called Blue Mountain Plumbing for a service call, due to low pressure and some problems with our tankless water heater, and they were very responsive, prompt, and extremely informative on how the system worked. We have used Blue Mountain’s service several times over the last couple years and the level of professionalism and care has always exceeded our expectations. We recently had a new water softener and UV light installed and were extremely satisfied with the installation all the way down to the invoicing. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a professional and knowledgeable plumber.
