I would definitely use Blue Mountain again for my plumbing needs. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous and did a great job fixing my hot water heater. Not to mention it was a spontaneous call on a Friday morning and did the service same day! Very happy with Blue Mountain

Should have known something was off when they kept mentioning their "assessment fee." was 99 bucks--it must be the only way they get paid. Had a busted out elbow in a sink. Their initial price was 485 for installing an elbow, then I told them I'd go with that if they could guarantee it'd drain and without leaking, to which they replied it'd be another 380 to check that it'd drain by running a manual snake down the pipe--when I asked why snaking the drain--a 3 minute job--was worth 380, they just said "that's what it says in ... read more

Done leak test found one leak and fixed. Put water on Radiator system and left said no leaks. filled slow and leaks in 4 spots. billed 677.00 less than 1 hr of work

We had some plumbing problems that Jared and his crew fixed promptly and efficiently. Jared went over every detail plus the cost beforehand that was involved in the work to be done. The work was superb! They were the nicest gentlemen and always cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It is a very professional group and I recommend them highly! Thanks again, Ruth B.

My A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night. I called them Monday morning, and a technician came out Tuesday afternoon. I was 100% satisfied with the prompt, professional service provided.
