I called yesterday and Misty answered the phone. She wasn't able to answer my question but politely and quickly put David on the phone. David gave me not only on the rundown on the film and process I was asking about but also gave me a brief but informative quick-start guide to the sub-miniature Minox camera I found in a thrift store yesterday. Super knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I'll be shipping my Minox film up from Florida pretty soon!
The staff are amazingly knowledgeable. Great selection of films & analog cameras. Probably sell the only Ferrania film in town. Come prepared to enjoy, spend & leave HAPPY �

I was in the shop yesterday to pick up a few miscellaneous items and I noticed that they had some JCH street pan in stock. I asked if they had shot it yet and what their thoughts were. Without missing a beat, Jim reaches under the counter and pulls out a binder full of shots taken with the film in several lighting condition and various filters. What was the question? Yeah, I would say they are pretty dang good. Seriously knowledgeable and passionate staff. All you could hope for in a camera shop.

You had good timing stopping in the day you did, we were scraping the bottom of the barrel with inventory, so glad you got a roll! Have fun with it and if you have any questions, you know Jim Hair will have the answers!
I sent a msg about a 40+ year old roll of film and getting developed. I received a great response and they were prompt! Even if the film can't be saved etc I can tell the customer service is stellar and will recommend them to every one!
