My 96-year-old mother was recently discharged from Blue Monarch Hospice after 18 months of care. Dr. Navazo determined that her condition had stabilized or improved and that she no longer qualified for hospice. My mother is extremely frail, bedridden, and living with advanced dementia. I hired this company to care for my father. They were horrrific at the end of my father’s death. My dad had to use a catheter and he got an infection that the doctor refused to treat with any antibiotics. I kept telling them of all of his symptoms and they would run a test and say he was fine even though his urine would smell horrible and the pain was unbearable. We are so very grateful to the entire team at Blue Monarch Hospice. They came alongside us at such a difficult time and gave us a level of support I never even knew existed. This is a top-notch team of professionals who actually deeply care about their clients. We have been abundantly blessed by their care and concern for my mom.

My mom was diagnosed with terminal metastatic cancer on January 12, 2025 after an unexpected trip to the ER and we were suddenly put in the very daunting position of having to locate a safe and secure place where she could be discharged with a quality hospice care team, all in the course of a 24-hour period.
