I hired this company to care for my father. They were horrrific at the end of my father’s death. My dad had to use a catheter and he got an infection that the doctor refused to treat with any antibiotics. I kept telling them of all of his symptoms and they would run a test and say he was fine even though his urine would smell horrible and the pain was unbearable. We are so very grateful to the entire team at Blue Monarch Hospice. They came alongside us at such a difficult time and gave us a level of support I never even knew existed. This is a top-notch team of professionals who actually deeply care about their clients. We have been abundantly blessed by their care and concern for my mom.

My mom was diagnosed with terminal metastatic cancer on January 12, 2025 after an unexpected trip to the ER and we were suddenly put in the very daunting position of having to locate a safe and secure place where she could be discharged with a quality hospice care team, all in the course of a 24-hour period. My mother recently had a fall, went to the hospital, and was recommended by the doctor to recover at home. She was being taken care of by Home Health, and the nurse suggested hospice might be a good option. Not having prior experience with hospice I thought it was for those who were terminally ill. But she explained that people sometimes use hospice and then recover and are able to return to home health or not have a need for any home services.
