#1 Service – Yes I went to the spa and had full laser back done and I have to say when I went in the I was greeted and the customer service people there were very helpful and nice, I am very happy with the service and I will be going there for all my Laser hair treatments Tahnk you BLUE SPA.
Highly recommended for Beauty – My goodness....I'm glad I found Blue Medical Beauty Spa. I kept on calling and searching, for reasonable prices and outstanding customer service, for a couple of days. Inconsiderate. – I booked my appointment on a weekday and got there 20 minutes early. Should've been an easy visit, right? My appointment time comes along and to my bewilderment and confusion, a lady who was 15 minutes late for her appointment got her treatment first. It's great that they were so thoughtful of her time. Too bad it came at my expense. When I confronted the staff about it, I got zero apology, but lots of excuses. Very unprofessional & unorganized – If you want professional people , who take their job seriously and a DR. who cares about the quality of his facility, this is not the place to go! The staff seemed stressed and hurried me along, they over charged for botox and later explained it was "normal" if the person needed more in that area to charge more, which i understand , but I was NEVER asked if I wanted more.

Very Unprofessional – The day of my facial, I called about having an extension that included my neck and chest. The receptionist, helpful, said to come in 15 early, I did. (I live 45 min. away) I waited 25 minutes before I was called for my treatment. Mulitple administratives passied by, not one stopped to check on me. Once in the room, the tech spoke with me about the treatment,which was good, but 15 minutes was too long. editing my original review – CitySearch doesn't let us delete reviews, so I'm modifying my original one. I've been to Blue several times. Once for one microdermabrasion, once for a bikini wax, and twice for laser hair removal sessions on bikini and underarms. This place is ok. The technician who performed my microdermabrasion treatment seemed intelligent and skilled. She did not do the annoying hard product sell and truly listened to my concerns about my skin. Unsympathetic – After paying for and receiving 6 bikini laser treatments, the staff at Blue wouldn't budge when I tried to cancel my 7th appnt due to a medical emergency. I had made my appnt the day prior and when I tried to cancel, the woman told me there was a 48 hour cancellation policy and forced me to pay $50 with a credit card they had on file without my authorization. I will not be returning and will find a new laser facility with more compassion.

Although I sympathize with your situation, like most medi spas, our spa policy does require a 48-hour notice of cancellation for medical services. At the time of booking a credit card is taken to secure the appointment. Whether an emergency or not, the services of a nurse are retained for the time of a client?s treatment and other clients are denied that slot.
