Great Expereince All Around! – A friend of mine referred me to Blue Medi-Spa. I had an unbelievable experience! The staff was very pleasant and the RN that assited me was very patient and knowledgeable. I initially went in only have BOTOX done. After speaking to the RN, I decided to do Restylane, as well. I can not express what an unbelievable job she did! She was so gentle, that I barely felt anything. (which was one of the reasons why I never wanted to do Restylane.) Always late! – I've been to Blue three times and each and every time, I have had to wait at least 45 minutes and, once, an hour and a half. And it isn't as if I just popped in, these were appointments I made the week prior or earlier that same week. I don't know if there is a lack of communication between the nurses and receptionists, or if the receptionists are overly optimistic in terms of scheduling, but the nurses are always late. BEST INJECTIONS EVER – I just want to thank blue for taking such good care of me and my friend?s that I brought in for botox injections. They have the top of the line nurses, they were great! They took such good care of us and were very knowledgeable in their field of work. Our results were cutting edge. Blue's prices are very affordable and their staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this spa and thanks again for making our visit so incredible!!!!
Don't waste your time with Blue! – I have been to many wonderful spas around CA and this is by far the most tense spa experience I have ever had. The staff was nice and friendly, but it was apparent they are held to standards by ownership to never give an inch when it comes to customer service. Best place ever! – So my wedding day was right around the corner and I was totally stressed out! My fiance insisted that I go relax at Blue spa with a massage and facial. The Worst Spa in LA – I had the worst experience at Blue spa on Ventura Blvd. I went there on my birthdday to treat myself to a facial. I ordered a facial and dermabrasion off of their menu, they had listed the item as a package. The facialist gave me the treatment in the reverse order, she started to dermabrade my skin first and when she started to give me the facial my skin started burning. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED!!! – Blue is a total mess. While getting lasered, I told my nurse she missed a big spot, and she said she couldnt take care of it because she "had to go." They're constantly 30+ minutes late. When you call to ask if they're going to be late, they tell you they're on time when they're not. They repeatedly cancel appointments on you because their nurses are "sick." There is no communication between the receptionists and the nurses.
