Blue Marlin is Pacific Rim Fusion Blue Marlin has a mix of asian choices. The sea bass was very good and the curry dishes are tasty. There were some interesting choices that did not appeal to me. Nicely decorated ocean theme, friendly service, located on Sawtelle and never crowded.
Japanese I dislike the whole fusion thing but that's the only way to describe the food here. We usually order the curry plates and they used to be really good. The last time we ate from here the food was not very good. Oh and be careful if you order the sausage curry (the sausage was hot dogs).
Creamy Sea Urchin Over Rice .. DELICIOUS! – HIghly recommend the sea urchin rice. The creamy sauce and the texture of sea urchins blend perfectly together. Adding that to the risotto is just the best risotto recipe ever.
