Quick and helpful.
Extremely SLOPPY service. For years I've gone to another business in town for my oil changes, but thought I'd try them since it looks like they could use the business. There is NEVER anyone there getting an oil change when I drive by. The guys were nice enough, but when they checked my tire air pressure, all 4 valve stem caps were left loose. I'm fact, when my husband pointed that fact out, I had already lost one valve stem cap and the other 3 were about to fall off. They were high on the price so if you don't care about you... read more

i have taken a total of 5 different vehicles to this shop and the experiences have always been pleasant. however, I took my work truck in to get an oil change, and come to find out after i took it to the ford dealership because it would not start, the oil was 9-10 quarts low, no signs of leaks and when they drained the oil this place put into it, only 5 total quarts drained. this is a 7.3L power stroke and they only dropped 5 quarts in it. not sure if they pulled the wrong specs or what, but that is way off and had they chec... read more
