I don't know if this is paper city realty running blue house in my area or what but this is one of the worst run organization I have had the misfortune of dealing with. No one is ever in the office. If you do manage to get a hold of someone they don't communicate to anyone else in the company so your problem never gets solved. You will receive contradictory notices from the company vs what people tell you in person. Be prepared to fight with them for basic things like lighting in shared hallways and stair wells. I live on locust and it's disgusting when you have a guy out there blowing leaves all over with a blower like for 6 minutes but can't come in and clean them hallways please if you haven't rented here yet please don't do it is nasty 🤢 I'm just waiting to get moved out this nasty building 240 and 236 locust street can't even give them a one in rating
