What a pleasure it has been working with Gustavo, Stephen and Blue haven Pools! 3 years ago, we initially signed with another contractor and unfortunately experienced the worst possible! 3 years later we met Stephen and Gustavo and knew we were in the best hands to finally complete our Pool! If your thinking about having Blue Haven Pools insall or do a remodel don't. From the beginning of our remodel it was a nightmare. It took a year to complete the project and they never fixed the problems like they took off our gate and put it back up but it dosen't work right. The lights they put in and we filled the pool the lights fell off they said they would fix it but they never did said the water was to cold to get in even after I heated the pool to 80 degrees they said it was still to cold.
