The pool that was installed is great - far beyond our expectations but there were some things that were not great at all. I will say we had two separate PMs (one was out for a little while during the install) and both were very responsive and helped where they could. The sales cycle was okay - there were options we were not told about and only found out about long after the pool was installed - wireless robot vacuum or an upgraded heater, for example.
