We have enjoyed living at Brakeley Gardens Apartments for many years. My husband has been a resident for 41 years and I am not too far behind him. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful in resolving issues we may have, which we appreciate. We look forward to continuing our longtime residency!

I hired Blue Harbour through a referral that was given to us by a friend who knew Jules for some time. At the time I was moving for a job and wasn't sure whether I wanted to keep my properties in Kew Gardens & Rego Park or sell them. I worked with Shawn and Jules on a property that I have in Manhattan. They are very professional and keeps me up to date on what is happening with my property. I found Blue Harbour Property Management as a whim and it has worked out tremendously for me as I finally don't take the phone calls at all times of the night and don't worry about tenant placements anymore.

I can't say enough about the staff at Blue Harbour Property Management. I have been living out in South Jersey for quite awhile and couldn't find the time to come back to NY to take care of my family's property in Manhattan. Out of all of my siblings I am the one that lives closest to NYC and had to make the trek into the city whenever there were issues.
