Please read if you have ever gotten care here or plan to. Check the amount you were billed at your appointment with your insurance claim. This practice overcharges patients and does not tell them that they are owed a refund after the insurance claim comes. They say a deductible hasn’t been met when it has, and that insurance tells them a payment amount that is higher than what the claim ends up saying. I recently underwent a procedure at Blue Harbor Dermatology and while the medical care was satisfactory, the billing experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
