Poor at instructing therapists as to what is expected when it comes to paperwork. Vastly different standards are kept by different "case managers". I am honestly surprised they can get anything accomplished. Worst working experience I've ever had and this is coming from someone who worked in restaurants for years.
I would give negative stars if I could. I never had been given a good therapist even though I decided to endure her for almost 2 years, and they don't know how to "process" appointments properly.
