Texas boy here, was trying to get a new Range Rover ordered from Austin Texas dealership where we have a home, they totally dropped the ball, then had to scurry to find a similar Rover they forgot to order (in November).....They finally found the same Rover right here at Blue Grass, THEN they dropped the ball on that! My wife finally just "took the bull by the horns" called Bluegrass directly worked with Kacie & Chad and they had the deal done in literally a couple of days and Rover is on its way to Texas! I took my Maserati to the dealership 1/27/15 for yearly maintenance, I wasn't having any problems with the vehicle prior to the appointment. Two months and 1000 miles later, check engine light comes on and I have a knocking noise which results in a $8000 engine problem on a vehicle with 50,000 miles. Doesn't add up, and LEE HOLDER refuses to remedy the issue. Don't use them!
Knowledgeable and attentive attentive sales team, friendly and cooperative, percentage-aggressive, finance team and overall fastidious care of customer concerns. What more could you ask for?
