I took my Saab in for 2 recalls - having scheduled a week in advance. Dropped it off and picked it up several hours later. Was told that a part didn't come in for the seatbelt recall so I left under the impression that the airbag recall had been addressed. Imagin my surprise to get a call 2 months later from another dealer offering to fix my airbag recall!? WHAT!!! I will never go to Bluegrass again and never recommend them.
I just got my oil change for my wife this afternoon. When I got my car back, I didn’t realize that until I needed to charge my phone. I called back to inform about the missing IPhone car charger, I was informed that there was no where to be found. This was not acceptable since I used that charger before dropping off my car for oil change service. Nobody claimed responsibility over the issue. That was so disappointed. I do not trust their service anymore.
We had a great buying experience. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel like part of the Porsche family.
Best Service in Louisville. Would not consider using any other Dealership.
