They manage our property and dont tell us the truth. Power and hot water turned off for non payment!!!!!

The person is not a client of ours. If she has concerns as a tenant, she will need to speak to her landlord. At no time was she told an untruth but either way, she is not even a member of the association and is not entitled to any response from our office as she is not a client.
I have reach my limit with this company and HOA Board. They refuse to enforce Bylaws and Declarations. Every day when I come home, rocks, garbage all over the side walks. I cannot even park in my own space because someone is always in it or if I use the handicapped space in the front, this is where all the Kids from Bldg D hang out and race bikes around between cars damaging them. Mike, as we've mentioned before many times, we can't kick kids out of the complex because they annoy you. We have no power to evict since they are not our tenants. We don't manage their individual units. We have told you many times to address your personal issues directly with your neighbors as we were not hired to handle personal issues. We realize that you don't like kids playing in the complex but that is what kids do. I'm sorry it bothers you.
I’m in a condo community self own. Our board just changed over to them. We have never received a welcome pack and are having problems with a renter next door called them no response. I’m paying them with my HOA DUES AND THEY CANT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL US BACK

I'm sorry the post office did not get that letter to you. In regards to the issue you called about, it is not an HOA issue but a police matter. We have owned 17 homes and have never worked with such a poor agency. Blue Door is responsible for the operational management of the HOA for ****** ******in Tijeras. We requested approval for the addition of a courtyard wall through the HOA portal as directed. Unfortunately nothing was processed until more than 2 months later when we bypassed Blue Door and went straight to the HOA board. After bypassing Blue Door we received approval on the second day. Hello Gregory, I apologize for the delay on the ACC approval but we do not make those for ****** ******. They are made by the ACC committee and the delay is on their end. A number of my staff did talk with you on the phone a number of time, the last time being 9/23 about the status of your request. With an HOA, we do not make any decisions from the community and have to wait for response from either the board or the ACC. They are very good and very nice , when ever I needed something done in my front yard they sent heads up landscaping to my house right away. Out of the Properities that I loved at this HOA is the best !! This is why our community is good.
This HOA management is really awful. They clearing too much HOA fee from homeowners. They didn’t do their jobs and let homeowners pay off their debit. They collected the insurance fee from us but once things happened those insurance company never get response. We pay money for this company and they acting they are the boss of us. Really bad attitude. Mismanagement and over paying HOA fee. I found a person recommended this company because she is one of the manager before. They are really rude and helpless.
they could quit lying about sending notices and certified letters to people I never received a letter regarding du's they are a rip-off
let some who knows what they are doing have the job.
They make sure stuff gets done !! They are awesome!!! I pay my HOA dues and don’t break the rules never had a violation. Great company
