My husband and I had one of the best sales experiences of our lives at the Kennewick Blue Dog RV with our salesperson, Kelly Brown. Not only did Kelly care about what we wanted and needed, he went to extra mile to meet those needs. Kelly is personable and genuine and honest, we had such a positive experience and to top it off, got the trailer we wanted at a great price!

We had a great salesman. Financial guy was not good. Too pushy with all the add Ons But overall we got a great travel trailer
When we first purchased our RV it was from the Kennewick washington location and picked it up at there service center in pasco off oregon street. (10-14) the sales guys were great, the service people seamed real nice. The guy who did the walk through was kinda new but did a good job. Since our purchase I have left some negative reviews about service a couple of my complaints were very legit but should have kept those negative reviews to myself. Went to Blue Dog RV in Kennewick this weekend, they were having an offsite sale which I should have known better than to attend. Proof was easy when prices had all been raised from what they were previously listed at the store. No big deal as I was still able to negotiate what I considered to be a fair deal for both parties. While I am the first to admit I do not have perfect credit, I do know how customer service works and how people should be treated. My husband and I purchased an RV from the Post Falls dealership in 2015 but we have used the Tri Cities location for our Forever Warranty service. This year was a joke. We live two hours away from town and my husband scheduled his appointment for 9am. They did not even take our trailer back to inspect till 11:40. What was the point of the appointment? To make matters worse, they had the trailer in the shop till 1p and then proceeded to tell us there was a recall on the axel and the trailer was not permitted to leave until it... read more

The service department is awesome. We had a lighting issue that my original dealer couldn’t diagnose but these guys at Blue Dog RV found the issue very quick. A part was ordered and then I stopped by at my convenience and their tech guy made the repair very quickly. I didn’t have to wait for hours like I use to at other places. Their service department is nice to deal with and Chantell Jose, one of their Service Advisors was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
