I’ve been a consistent, paying client here since August 2025, regularly booking with caitlyn, so being told out of nowhere that she “no longer wants to service me because she doesn’t feel like she makes me happy” is both unprofessional and disrespectful. What makes this worse is that this was never communicated at my last appointment (5 weeks ago), where I left satisfied and had no indication there were any issues. I love Ari that does my nails! She does such an amazing job and perfects it and I'm in love each time with my nails! And I love Nida for pedicure she takes time to do your toes really perfectly and pretty! Both of their work they do on me is amazing! I love coming here!
