Owner (James Lee) and manager (Adam) are great people. As a former employee my main problem there was cleaning pools too fast (which is also why I was let go). I asked if there was any complaints as far as the cleanliness of the pools (of course as someone who had never done this line of work before im sure there was a complaint here and there), and the response I received was "the customers already feel we are ripping them off so just fake doing work so they feel they are getting their money's worth". .
