How to improve? By allowing children's health to absolutely come first. My 8 month old grandson is being denied a heart surgery that determines if he will live. Stop Playing God! I am absolutely appalled that this is even an issue! No I do not recommend Tn care/blue care!
How can you deny a baby coverage for heart surgery? Good thing we don’t have BlueCare.
