I cannot speak highly enough about, Helena, an incredibly talented Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Nebraska medical administrator. After suffering from so many health issues this year, the Hospital that I had several stays in it this year, about gave me my third heart attack when they called me today. The Hospital called me and said I needed to contact my insurance company and have them pay a bill that they feel was way past do or they won't be able to treat me anymore.
