I Had really bad experience with them, as a contractor it will took 3 months to get paid a inexpensive service call knowing that we are there to keep updated all the call box systems and access control.
Horrible!! Worst company ever. My parents live at the Racquet Club Apartments in Weston. They have been trying to get someone at this place to add their phone number to the lobby's front door box for the last 12 months with no avail. They are rude and not helpful at all.
Avoid at all costs. Blue Crest Management has ruined an otherwise nice community with gross negligence, indifference to tenant complaints, and utter disregard for the comfort and safety of their tenants. Advertised clubhouse and gym have been shut down for over a year, pool was shut down by the state for fecal matter content during a safety inspection, among many other complaints.
The Blue Crest Management I know is extremely Professional Management Company , they are Management Properties such as HOA and Condominiums They "Do Not" rent homes ....Wrong Blue Crest Management.
the last thing you will wanted to do,is haveing them do your business for you,the staff have faces the look at so if you wanted something to be don trust me seeking a next company!!!
