Latin American cuisine that stands out – With SO MANY Mexican restaurants around, it's hard to find something that distinguishes itself from the crowd. Generally it all tastes/looks the same. This is fine for every day, but Blue Corn has a menu that is genuinely unusual and delicious. Always fresh, always interesting, authentic.
Eat it! – The food here is great, authentic, and satisfying. Service is fast, efficient, but not overdone. I give it a 10 and I will keep coming back over and over. It can't be beat!
