I've lived here for three years and can't speak highly enough of the apartment management. They are consistently professional, skilled at their jobs, and always a pleasure to interact with. Their communication is excellent, and they handle all issues promptly and courteously. It's a great community to live in, largely thanks to the wonderful management team.
****** and her team are incredible. They've been extremely accommodating and got both of my properties rented within 30 days. I will be reccomending them to anyone looking for a property manager in the middle Tennessee area

I have been doing business with Blue Cord since 2019 & it is great! They are extremely helpful and always get my units rented. I have 29 units with Blue cord & hope to keep growing that number!
Warning please read the requirements, this company is very unprofessional and will take advantage, my mother just moved to Tennessee from New Jersey she find this Realty/property management company they give her high hopes on finding a place, once she did her application and paid the $50 they said she wasting approved. Definitely a 5 star company.A very honest ,dependable and reliable company. I have dealt with Kelly, the owner, for years and have never had a negative incident. As a once military officer I can attest to the fact that both military and civilian clients are both treated with the utmost regard and respect. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.
