Warning please read the requirements, this company is very unprofessional and will take advantage, my mother just moved to Tennessee from New Jersey she find this Realty/property management company they give her high hopes on finding a place, once she did her application and paid the $50 they said she wasting approved. They knew that from the beginning but still took her hard earned money.. ??
Definitely a 5 star company.A very honest ,dependable and reliable company. I have dealt with Kelly, the owner, for years and have never had a negative incident. As a once military officer I can attest to the fact that both military and civilian clients are both treated with the utmost regard and respect. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.

Very shady realty group, they do not pro rate rent for military renters on PCs orders and hire vendors for maintenance request that seem to all blame you for negligence and force you to pay for the damage. Please rent from any other company but these guys.
