As a barista myself this has to be the WORST coffee I’ve ever had
Wow, what a fantastic place to have a coffee and breakfast in the morning. There was a great atmosphere and vibe. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and more service oriented. In particular, Sophia (Sophie??) was new there (first day) and she had just a great smile and a great attitude. It put me in a good mood just being there. The manager Therese was also fantastic. I love this place!!!
I was a bit concerned from the outside it looked like a pretentious fancy place, however once you open the door and walk down the 3 steps you realize it's a great place to grab and mug and relax. Great cup of coffee with great seating areas. Everything a corner Cafe should be.
I grew up in Northern IL and love visiting the Geronimo Group’s locations in Beloit, including the original Blue Collar Coffee. While visiting a friend in Boise, I was stoked to see they had expanded their hospitality group to the area. Unfortunately, though, it seems like my expectations got the better of me as the quality doesn’t seem to match what I am used to. The coffee is WAY too sweet. Great atmosphere adjoining the hotel, with ample seating, wonderful coffee and baked goods. Huge windows with street views and comfy chairs. In addition to that, the staff were fantastic!
