First off, our technician called and showed up early in the window they promised, which has been a pretty rare occurrence for me. We have squirrels getting into a very hard to reach area, and the technician was very honest that he was not sure that he would be able to resolve our problem. He offered to try if we would like, or to give us some advice and take a nominal fee for his visit and explanation of our possible solutions.
