I was shocked to discover that their termite service is essentially a "members only" service. You can go to the web site and request Termite services as a new customer, but that is where it stops. I was unexpectedly turned away since I wasn't a current customer under contract. They did clearly state their position when they responded, I just wouldn't expect a company that is running a promotion for new customers to turn new customers away. Very Professional and courteous! Our tech Gary called 30min prior to arrival showed up applied our first application and explained where we may have some problem areas and what we can do to assist in fixing them. Nice to know customer service is not a lost art!
