David from Blue Chip Appraisers did an excellent job appraising my mother's home. He was professional on the phone and in person. He scheduled the appointment two days after I called and had the report ready two days after the appointment. The report was detailed and supported the value of the house. I very much appreciate how quickly the process went and integrity of the report. I highly recommend Blue Chip Appraisers.
