David recently appraised a 68-year old home that I am about to sell. His service was outstanding from start to finish. (1) He offered flexible scheduling. (2) He was prompt and professional. (3) He demonstrated the expertise required to properly evaluate older properties. (4) His turnaround time far exceeded my expectations. He appraised the property on Saturday, and I received the Appraisal Report on Monday!
I called David as I needed an appraisal for a property tax dispute. He was quick to respond and was able to come to my home to do the appraisal within a couple of days.
