I found David on Next Door and called him because I just received my ridiculous Fulton County Assessment and didn’t know where to turn to challenge Thier numbers. He called me right back and discussed the process and it seemed practical so we set up an appointment for him to come to my house theme T day. Appraiser David was a new friend, recommended by a valued old friend...we booked a date at an old house in a strange place and he showed up on time ready to go on a tricky appraisal project. As a fellow veteran we had a common ground and he was friendly and helpful, easily answering my realty questions. David's written report was detailed, more than most, and the report is most helpful. David from Blue Chip Appraisers did an excellent job appraising my mother's home. He was professional on the phone and in person. He scheduled the appointment two days after I called and had the report ready two days after the appointment. The report was detailed and supported the value of the house. I very much appreciate how quickly the process went and integrity of the report. I highly recommend Blue Chip Appraisers.
