Randy Everett and the Blue Canyon Listing team sold my mountain cabin for me in 90 days! They have a robust marketing plan, good communication on showings on the cabin, and they were professional all the way up to the closing of the sale and always with good counsel. After wasting two years with another company who didn't get the job done I wonder why I waited so long to go to Blue Canyon. It's obvious, they care about their clients and can get the job done!

My wife and I used Joey Rogers to help us find and buy a mountain home in Cloudcroft. Joey spent a good part of 2 days showing us different homes on the market. When we found one that we really liked, he did a market analysis to help us determine an appropriate price for the property, and he worked with us to prepare a contract to buy it. Our experience with the Blue Canyon team was great. Everyone we dealt with proved to be very professional, friendly, and easy to converse with. The pictures of the property were outstanding. The buyer came to us very quickly, and the team moved the process along and met the closing date. We would definitely choose Blue Canyon Realty again for any dealings in the local real estate market.

Randy was super easy to work with. His recommendations and knowledge of real estate was very impressive. We were very pleased with their advertising and showing the house. We were with a different realtor first for one and a half year with no offers. After switching to Blue Canyon we sold the house after 5 months with the first offer. Our overall experience with Blue Canyon was great.

Joey was very knowledgeable of the area and showed me multiple properties over several months until I made up my mind what I wanted. I found most of the properties on line but he came up with some properties to show me. We looked at land only and land with houses.
