I incredibly impressed with their customer service and response time. I did an internet inquiry and within two hours I had an email response and a personal phone call. They were familiar with my properties location and inspected it for a fair market value for listing. Once listed I received monthly reports on view activities and my land was under contract within two weeks of my earliest expectations. Highly recommend this company.

Joey showed us properties over numerous visits to the area. He was very flexible to our schedule. When we were ready to make an offer, he was quick to get it out. I was always updated and informed during the time of my listing. I received notice when a showing was scheduled and then feedback from the prospects regarding their thoughts about the property. I also received regular updates showing that the property was being featured online and in print. I also had pretty regular personal contact from Randy letting me know how things were going. And when I received offers, he was my advocate and didn’t push for a quick sale just to get a commission sooner.
