Worst property owners in CT they are trying to get money from me 2 years after leaving my lease and putting hits on my credit
Do not rent from them they do not take care of there property rats bugs don't plow had to shovel near garbage and would not provide handicap parking and has drug addicts for tenants 1400 for a uncared for dump!

Blue Brook properties does not always respond to my text message. They charge too much for A/C installation each season. They won't put solar panels on the roof of riverview apartments in Ansonia Connecticut and cut down on the elecric bill so they can pass the savings on to the residents by lowering the rent. Electric is included in the rent payment. The maintenance is slow to respond to issues presented to them. They take days and even weeks to look at what needs their attention if they show up at all.
