No more Blue Bottle Coffee for me. Too long of lines and they simply don't care anymore. They have changed since they were acquired.
I love the coffee but the Webster shop service sucks. I can get a drip decaf at other Blue Bottles but I'm told "we don't do drip decaf at Blue Bootle.. I should know since this is where we make it..." Umm, I just had one at Ferry Plaza a few days before. I was going to buy coffee for home and something to eat but didn't. Lost my appetite and almost didn't get a cup of coffee. Did the shop "where they make it" forget to do customer training?
It's definitely not cheap, but this is by far one of the best coffees out there!

Blue Bottle Coffee is simply the best coffee in San Francisco Bay Area. The coffee is awesome and let's no say how talented their batista's are. This why it is a 5 star rating.
