i’ve been coming to this school location for over 4 to 5 years at this point they’ve recently changed their special to the Kyoto style espresso so ordering has been difficult. As you can no longer order The Hayes Valley espresso ( what they previously used ) on the app, so that leads to me standing in line which is fine however, every single time they mess up my order And I have to have them remake it and then it’s never made with sweetener or any of the things that I had in my original order so it’s like at this point I fee... read more
Authentic coffee just the way I like it.
What an absolute disgrace to what coffee house is supposed to be. Incredibly unfriendly staff who push your hand aggressively off the counter when leaving oat milk there for you to add to your coffee shouting "please don't touch our stuff" directly after making me pay for an $11 large coffee serving it to me in a small than telling me it only comes in one size. I will never come to this establishment again and I will be telling everybody about my experience here. Would not recommend!
